| Animation is a great way to express your idea to a client, because it allows you to move beyond a single image or a frozen moment in time. It transforms your viewers from passive observers to involved participants by giving them a chance to see your ideas come alive. After all, which has more impact, a still-life of a mountain...or a smoking, burning, fiery, erupting volcano? Movie directors don't yell "ACTION!" for nothing.
But on top of that, animation can be combined with sound; an animated sequence with music, for instance, is a terrific way to grab attention or set a mood.
